The flower plate of the dust collector adopts a vertical and horizontal straight row bag arrangement, and the center distance of this flower plate arrangement should not be less than 26mm. This arrangement is suitable for the upper box of the square dust collector. The increased center distance of the filter bag is conducive to the extension of the space between the filter bags of the dust collector, and also avoids collision and friction between the filter bags during the operation of the dust collector bag. This greatly extends the service life of the dust collector bag. The staggered flower board layout is applied to the upper box of circular dust collectors. This can save space and also reduce operating costs. But this arrangement method is prone to wear and tear on the dust collector bag, which is not conducive to the long-term use of the dust collector bag. To avoid this phenomenon, the only way is to increase the center distance of the flower plate holes. Regardless of the arrangement method, it has its own advantages and disadvantages.

The production process of dust collector flower board:

The flower plate of the dust collector is processed with CNC stamping method to ensure the shape and position tolerance requirements of the flower plate and flower plate holes. The well-designed internal structure of the upper box of the dust collector creates conditions for workers to use the flower board as an operating platform for dust collector maintenance and repair. The punching position of the flower plate hole is accurate, with a deviation of less than ± 0.05mm from the theoretical position, ensuring that the center distance error between the two holes is within ± 1.0mm. After the holes in the flower board are made, clean the sharp edges and burrs of each hole, and when welding the reinforcing rib plate, arrange the rib plate reasonably. After welding, ensure that the flower board is flat, without any bending, unevenness or other defects. The flatness of the flower board is less than 1/1000, the diagonal length error is less than 3mm, and the surface roughness of the inner hole processing is Ra=2. The combination of filter bag and flower board is reasonable, and the filter bag is tightly and firmly installed without falling off, making it easy to install and remove. The precision machining of the flower board and high-precision positioning of the spray pipe ensure the coincidence of the axis of the harsh spray short pipe and the axis of the filter bag component, thereby ensuring the reliability of the entire spray cleaning system.
